The 2012 Henry County Fair runs from
August 10-16, 2012.
The Grand Marshal of the
2012 Henry County Fair Parade is Sheriff John Nye.
Grandstand country music entertainment...
THE FARM INC. and FRANKIE BALLARD
will both be performing on
Monday, August 13, 2012 starting at 8:30pm!
"So get off the farm and come enjoy the shows!"
Just pay admission to the Fair Grounds and you can see both in our Free Grandstands!
PLEASE NOTE: NO CHAIRS ARE PERMITTED ON THE TRACK OR
WITHIN 20 FEET OF THE TRACK BEFORE THE ESTIMATED TIME OF
3PM OR UNTIL THE PREVIOUS EVENT HAS CLEARED THE AREA.
CHAIRS ON OR NEAR THE TRACK BEFORE THE PERMITTED TIME
ARE SUBJECT TO REMOVAL WITHOUT RETURN.
Due to some reasons beyond the fairboard's control, The Dirt Drifters show had to be cancelled. Please see the quoted note from The Dirt Drifters' website:
"Hi all...we hate to disappoint you guys, especially after all the support you have given us over the past few years, but due to some private, personal issues we will not be going out on the road and will be canceling all upcoming shows and appearances. We apologize for any inconvenience to anyone who had plans to come see us this summer, you know there is nothing we love more than playing music and we will miss you. We cannot thank you enough for your support and for standing by us.

Thanks to the hard work of our Senior Fairboard, the replacement band has been found, and we are all excited for the show!

Starting July 25 and lasting through August 4, 2012, the fair office is open during the following hours:
Monday through Friday : 11am - 7pm
Saturday : 9am - 12noon
From August 6 through August 16, 2012, the fair office is open from
8am - 8pm everyday
